Robbins Art Studio

I recently have been dabbling in Batik Wax and watercolor.  Batik Wax is an indonesian artform; a technique of wax-resist dyeing applied to whole cloth producing unique patterns and designs.  I've applied the same concept to fiber papers and other Japanese papers such as unryu and goyu papers.  Some, like "The Hunter" is overlapped over other watercolor images I've created to show through the fiber papers.
